Express Mail shipments are $25.00 for
up to six videos and $30.00 for up to twelve videos. This covers both cost of postage and separating your order from everyone else's for special handling. If you wish to
order more than twelve videos for EMS shipment, they will be
shipped in separate packages carrying separate shipping charges.
Please note that EMS overnight delivery service from our delivery center in Portland, Oregon is not available to everywhere in the USA. If unsure, check with your Post Office.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS ARE OPTIONAL (AND FREE) - JUST X THE BOX
We respect your privacy. You will NOT receive an order confirmation
by email and you will NOT be contacted by us unless you request confirmation by Xing the Order Confirmation box or if there is a problem filling your order.
If you
ask for email confirmation, the confirmation will be addressed ONLY to the
return email address you enter under "email address" on the online order form - do not enter a confirmation request under "Special Instructions" or enter an email address in the "Order Confirmation" space. The confirmation defaults to the address you entered up above.
If you have a spam blocker, set it to accept email from 73076.1153@compuserve.com. If we send you a Confirmation and get an email back from your ISP asking us to go to some URL and authenticate ourselves, sorry, we won't do that. It's up to you to accept the Confirmation, if you ask for it.
If you fail to check the box asking
for order confirmation, then email us later to confirm an order,
there will be a $5.00 file search fee. Remember, it's free if you checked the box.
There
is no fee to research orders placed more than a week previously
(domestic online orders) or two weeks previously (domestic snail
mail orders) or three weeks previously (international orders) because
such a long delay would indicate that there might actually be a problem.

If we ship your video order and it fails to reach
you for any reason, we have still lost the
videos and spent the money on postage. Therefore, by filling out
our order form and electronically signing "I AGREE", you automatically
agree to forfeit any and all rights to contest the credit card transaction
if you do not get your merchandise.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not place
an order to be shipped out of the USA.
Air Parcel Post rates in addition to cost
of merchandise are:
Up to 6 items: $25.00
6 to 12 items: $30.00
Orders for over 12 items will be shipped in more than one container with separate shipping charges.
