If we ship your video order overseas and it fails to reach you for any reason, we have lost the videos and spent the money on postage. Therefore, by electronically signing "I AGREE", you automatically agree to forfeit any and all rights to contest the credit card transaction if you do not get your merchandise.

THE GOOD NEWS: If your International Shipment is lost, you have already paid for the CONTENT and will not have to pay for it twice if you want us to try shipping again. We can re-ship you the same order for only the cost of shipping plus $10 per disc to cover the DVD media and labour.

HOW QUICKLY WILL ENEMAROTICA SHIP MY ORDER?

We try to ship all orders within 72 hours of when we receive them, exceptions being weekends, holidays, when we have a sale going on or when it snows really badly. "Standard Domestic" service usually takes between three and five working days after receipt of order to get to the customer, depending on how far from Portland, Oregon the customer resides.

If you fail to receive your order in a timely fashion, please contact us before you freak out and notify your credit card company. If you're due a refund, t's easier and quicker to ask us than to complain to your credit card company. Sometimes things really do get lost in the mail. Whatever the problem, before you complain to your credit card company, just email us and we'll take care of it with no fuss or bother.

"NO QUESTIONS ASKED" LIFETIME GUARANTEE POLICY
Since DVDs can be illegally copied, we cannot make refunds once you've received a DVD, but if a DVD you've purchased from Enemarotica fails to play, anytime, The Collector will replace it with another DVD of the same title for $10. Our feeling is that you've paid for the CONTENT of the video and that you own the content forever, so if the physical recording media fails, you should not have to buy the content twice in order to replace the video. Just return the failed DVD to The Collector along with a tenner to cover our costs for blank DVD media, postage & handling.

(Of course, if a video ARRIVES in defective condition, forget the ten dollars and just return it to us within 30 days for a replacement at NO CHARGE.)

This guarantee does not apply to DVDs which are not defective, but which will not play in older DVD players.
