We ship once a week, every Monday.
Our PMB Service notifies us immediately when we receive an order.
All orders received before Monday will be shipped Monday. Orders received Monday after our post office deadline will be shipped the following Monday.
Class Mail" service usually takes two to five working days after shipment
to get to the customer, depending on how far from Bend, Oregon the customer
If you fail to receive your order in a timely fashion, please contact us before you freak out and report us your credit card company. If you order is lost, we can ship another. Sometimes things really do get lost in the mail. Whatever the problem, just email us and we'll take care of it with no fuss or bother.
"NO QUESTIONS ASKED" LIFETIME DVD GUARANTEE POLICY
First, if a DVD arrives in defective condition, just return it to us within 90 days for a replacement at NO CHARGE.
Since DVDs can be illegally copied, we cannot make refunds once you've received a DVD, but if a DVD you've purchased from Enemarotica fails to play, anytime, even years later, The Collector will replace it with another DVD of the same title for $10 to cover our costs for blank DVD media, postage & handling.
feeling is that you've paid for the CONTENT of the video and that you own
the content forever, so if the physical recording media fails, you should
not have to buy the content twice in order to replace the video. Just return
the failed DVD to The Collector along with a tenner to cover our costs for
blank DVD media, postage & handling.
All orders are billed from Laser Systems Development Corporation to keep "Enemarotica" from appearing on your bill. Don't freak out when you see Laser Systems on your credit card bill.
